A credit card is required to secure any booking. A non-refundable deposit will be charged per booking. Cancellation within 3 days of the reservation will result in a 50% charge; cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge, unless we are able to fill the slot.

If we decide the weather is too bad the day of your charter we will try our best to get you rescheduled. If you’re already out on the water and your charter has to end early, we will try and finish your charter on a different day. If this is not possible we will only charge you for the time you spent on the water.

High winds don’t often affect our charters as we have channels or certain areas we can go to find flat water.

We can never guarantee seeing Jojo or any of the dolphins. We are very fortunate to have wild dolphins enjoy our company as much as we enjoy theirs, but as they are wild dolphins our interactions are purely on their terms and sometimes they simply aren't in the area or in the mood to say hi. We would also like to mention that at no point should you try to touch the dolphins.

Sadly you cannot rent the boat without the captain and 1st mate. The waters here are very hard to navigate and need someone who knows the areas you can and cannot drive in.

There could very well be small reef or nurse sharks in the waters we navigate, but they are in no way dangerous or scary. The waters we navigate in are too shallow for the larger 'scary' sharks you may see on Shark Week. Nurse and reef sharks are very friendly and we like to call them puppies of the ocean.

For sure you can! We often have repeat guests who had an awesome time with their previous captain/mate, so when booking let us know who you went out with last time and we will try our best to schedule them on your charter.

We have a few options for larger groups that go over our largest boat's max capacity. You could book 2 or more boats and cruise around together (this also allows us to put the 2 boat surf waves together and create the gauntlet which is an amazing surfing experience!!) or if you are staying at a villa/hotel on Gracebay/Leeward canals we can take it in turns running your group from the beach/canal with the one boat.

All boats have a bimini that covers the centre of each boat. These boats don't have large covered areas like some of the bigger charter boats on island, but there is enough to keep out of the sun if need be.

Of course! As mentioned above, there is shade over a portion of the boat that will help protect them from the sun. We also have children’s life vests that will help in case of emergency. Little ones tend to love the noise and vibration of the engine and sometimes will sleep through the whole charter! We often bring our little ones on boat days with us. You can also add on our baby swing to your charter so the little ones never get left out.

Yes we can - please let us know of any allergies/special requirements and we will make sure to pack food/drink to cater to your needs.

An alcohol package which consists of a gallon of rum punch and a case of local beer can be added to any charter for $100 (separately - $50). Any special requests made ahead of time can be supplied for the cost of the receipt plus a 20% service charge.

We always try to accommodate a beach pickup request! Starting at $100, an additional fee will apply. Beach pickups from along the Grace Bay stretch are dependent on the weather conditions however. Our manager will be in touch the morning of your charter if the weather is too rough and kindly ask you to meet us at our dock in Blue Haven Marina.

You can add the jetski to your charter however it will be billed for the whole length of your charter at $100/hr. If you book a 3hr charter it would be for the 3hrs totalling $300 (plus taxes/fees)

The time of day really doesn’t change what the conditions are like (unlike lakes where it is usually calmer in the early mornings). The conditions vary from day-to-day, you could have a windy day all of Tuesday and then calm waters all day on the Wednesday.

We suggest you bring towels, phones/cameras, sunscreen and any other items you would like. There are coolers on the boats if you would like to bring your own food/drink.

We will provide refreshments and equipment for all activities booked.

Absolutely! You can bring cash to tip the staff or let the bookings manager know to add something to your reservation on the card payment.

The full amount goes to the crew you spent your day with.

You can do the same watersports activities on either classic or ultimate boat. The ultimates are the newest boats in our fleet for those looking to maximise their time out on the water.

The ultimate boats take up to 12 guests and the classic boats take up to 8.

The exploring boat is an outboard that can hold up to 12 guests but only allows for snorkeling and island hopping, no other watersports are included.
